Abstract

Organizations nowadays call upon their managers to develop their skills, to achieve their business objectives and to support their team members on both collective and individual basis. Therefore the function of mentor is very often highlighted. This research studies the links between those two functions both in terms of attitudes and skills. An action research tries to demonstrate those links.
