Abstract

Le secteur de la santé, après avoir pris le « virage ambulatoire », doit maintenant prendre pleinement le virage numérique. Le développement des nouvelles technologies de l'information et de la communication (TIC) a permis une nouvelle organisation de la pratique médicale, des soins, de la relation médecin-patient, de l'accès aux soins, de l'accompagnement des acteurs, mais aussi de réduire les inégalités territoriales et de faire face à l'évolution de la démographie médicale et du vieillissement de la population. Les évolutions technologiques ont été proposées assez progressivement, mais les changements organisationnels et les usages sont plus lents, tout comme les prises en charge financières. Les termes ont aussi évolué : de la notion de télémédecine à l'e-santé, pour santé électronique, en passant par la télésanté, la médecine 2.01 ou 3.0. [...]
