Abstract

Les céréales jouent un rôle central dans l'économie et la politique agricoles européennes. Par leur place dans la sole et la production finale, mais surtout par les liaisons avec les productions animales qu'elles affectent en tant qu'output et en tant que consommation intermédiaire, elles déterminent l'orientation productive du secteur. Le modèle AGRIBUS a été construit sur des bases rigoureuses de la théorie de la production pour représenter aussi fidèlement que possible les interactions complexes. A partir de ce modèle, trois politiques de base sont comparées: une taxe de coresponsabilité, une subvention à l'incorporation dans les aliments composes, et une baisse de prix. Les effets volumes et budgétaire apparaissent contrastes.
