Abstract

La politique agricole commune continue de faire l'objet de critiques multiples. Pourtant, les dernieres decisions prises (quotas, QMG) montrent que la reforme de la PAC est serieusement engagee. L'ampleur des changements est loin d'etre negligeable. Le role joue par la France depuis les origines et au cours des dernieres annees est analyse et l'on montre que l'agriculture francaise aurait tout interet a faire jouer ses avantages comparatifs reels, en particulier dans la perspective de l'apres 1992. La restructuration previsible de l'agro-alimentaire europeen favorisee par le marche unique aura des consequences notables sur les agricultures des divers pays de la communaute.
