Abstract

En France, la politique des structures et la gestion administrée des droits à produire interviennent sur la répartition des moyens de production de l'agriculture. Cette gestion patrimoniale commune par les agriculteurs de leurs moyens de production vient brider l'action de l'économie de marché, selon des principes d'égalité intra-générationnelle et de solidarité inter-générationnelle. Le jeu de l'économie patrimoniale et de l'économie de marché ainsi mis en évidence pour la France se retrouve sous d'autres modalités en Allemagne et au Royaume-Uni.
