Abstract

L'article rappelle les principaux éléments du contexte de décentralisation en France dans les années 80. Après une présentation des caractéristiques des interventions agricoles des départements et des régions, la grille d'analyse proposée repose sur la différenciation des fondements de l'intervention publique locale en agriculture. Les analyses montrent entre autres l'évolution croissante des interventions agricoles vers des mesures rurales intégrées. Enfin, des pistes de réflexion sont évoquées concernant l'évolution de ces politiques agricoles décentralisées.
