Abstract

Volontairement, notre réflexion ne porte pas de façon directe sur les outils d'aide à la décision ou sur les étapes logiques pour prendre des décisions. Elle se situe en amont des pratiques décisionnelles dans les organisations. Sachant qu'aujourd'hui, une entreprise cloisonnée et isolée peut difficilement survivre, cette grille a pour but de faciliter l'étude des prises de décision collectives. Elle peut ainsi s'avérer utile tant au sein d'une entreprise qu'entre une entreprise et ses partenaires économiques où des managers, appartenant à des organisations différentes, sont amenés à se prononcer ensemble sur la nature, la mise en œuvre et la réalisation de projets menés en commun. Dans un premier temps, les fondements de cette grille seront posés à partir de l'étude des catégories de décisions et de l'essence même du management. Ils seront, dans un second temps, enrichis à l'aide du concept de compétitivité dynamique, présenté à travers une approche novatrice des modes fondamentaux du management.
