Abstract

Nous présenterons les résultats d'une première étude qualitative. Il s'agit de 20 entretiens menés à partir d'une méthode projective de collages dans laquelle les répondants ont comme consigne : « représentez vos pratiques alimentaires ». Cette approche méthodologique est une proposition d'application des théories des pratiques, sur lesquelles se basent la thèse pour une application au gaspillage alimentaire et à l'équilibre alimentaire. La thèse se donne pour but d'étudier la construction des habitudes alimentaires en lien avec ces deux thématiques.
