Abstract

Cette étude est le texte intégral d'une communication présentée dans le cadre d'un colloque organise fin 1987 sous l'égide de la Fondation Nationale de Science Politique: son thème était "les agriculteurs et la politique de 1970 a 1985". Durant ces trois lustres et dans le domaine économique, l'agriculture française s'est montrée plus productive, plus exportatrice, plus "factor using" et dans une certaine mesure plus égalitaire; elle a simultanément souffert de devenir de plus en plus assistée, de plus en plus endettée, de plus en plus spoliée et de plus en plus appauvrie.
