Abstract

Les Etats-Unis ont pu s'assurer, depuis 1948, un role central dans le fonctionnement oligopoliste des marches mondiaux du ble et du soja, en definissant les normes de production, de consommation et de concurrence. Cette organisation des marches, remise en cause dans les annees 1970, est au centre des negociations du GATT ou les Etats-Unis tentent de restaurer leur hegemonie sur ces deux marches.
