Abstract

L'endogénéisation des prix duaux ou virtuels associés aux netputs contraints permet de caractériser la statique comparative des fonctions d'offre et de demande dérivée à l'équilibre avec rationnements sur la base de la connaissance du comportement du producteur à l'équilibre avant rationnement. Une attention particulière est portée aux déterminants de ces prix duaux. Le modèle est appliqué aux quotas laitiers dans la Communauté économique européenne afin d'analyser les effets pervers dus à l'utilisation de politiques de contrôle de l'offre en agriculture.
