Abstract

Cet article propose une mesure d'efficacité technique en présence de facteurs quasi-fixes. Par analogie avec le principe de Le Chatelier-Samuelson, cette mesure s'interprète comme un mouvement potentiel d'ajustement et se différencie suivant le nombre de facteurs quasi-fixes, les effets-prix étant alors estimés par les diminutions potentielles des niveaux d'utilisation des facteurs variables. L'illustration porte sur un échantillon d'exploitations céréalières françaises soumises au choc des prix de la réforme de la PAC, qui a provoqué un mouvement déjà observable de résorption des inefficacités techniques. La comparaison des scores d'efficacité obtenus permet d'apprécier le degré de substitution entre facteurs variables et facteurs quasi-fixes.
