Abstract

L'objectif de cette communication est de tester les comportements de localisation résidentielle des ménages dans un espace urbain multicentrique. Dans cette optique sont présentés dans une première partie les principaux résultats de deux modèles théoriques d'équilibre spatial : un modèle traditionnel d'équilibre et un modèle flou. Les tests réalisés sur l'agglomération dijonnaise décrivent un espace urbain à trois centres (deuxième partie) et à quatre centres (troisième partie). L'influence de plusieurs centres économiques sur les décisions de localisation est alors confirmée et le caractère opérationnel du modèle flou est illustré.
