Abstract

La réforme de la PAC aura des répercussions différenciées sur la valeur ajoutée dégagée par les productions qui dominent l'agriculture bretonne. La production laitière devrait en bénéficier alors que la production de viande bovine serait fortement pénalisée. Les perspectives offertes aux producteurs hors-sol sont plus incertaines, tandis que les cultures légumières seraient peu concernées, sauf en cas de délocalisation.
