Abstract

Dans les structures urbaines multicentriques, les individus tentent de se localiser par rapport a plusieurs centres economiques de positions fixees. Dans cet article, nous montrons que le modele traditionnel de maximisation d'une utilite residentielle sous une contrainte budgetaire spatialisee ne permet pas d'apporter une solution satisfaisante a ce probleme. Nous proposons alors un modele d'equilibre spatial et flou, incluant l'imprecision des revenus des agents. Il permet de trouver une localisation optimale par rapport aux centres economiques.
