Abstract

L'article étudie le rôle joué par les effets d'apprentissage dans la conception du changement technique de N. Kaldor. Les rapports entre l'apprentissage et la "fonction de progrès technique" de Kaldor sont examinés à la lumière de la contribution d'Arrow sur les effets de l'apprentissage par la pratique sur la croissance. Les travaux appliqués issus de l'approche kaldorienne sont brièvement passés en revue. L'article compare aussi l'approche kaldorienne et les modèles de croissance endogène du point de vue de l'apprentissage.
