Abstract

L'objectif des mesures agri-environnementales était en premier lieu, de promouvoir une agriculture respectueuse de l'environnement. A la suite de la réforme de 1992, la réorientation du secteur public a privilégié le versement d'une rente au détriment de la rémunération des aménités. Au-delà de la période transitoire, la question se reposera avec d'autant plus d'acuité que ces externalités environnementales ont aussi des implications en termes d'aménagement du territoire, de développement rural et d'emploi.
