Abstract

Ce document est le résumé de l'intervention à la journée-débat SFER et porte sur l'analyse des conséquences du projet de réforme de la PAC (Santer 2/18 mars 1998) sur les exploitations agricoles françaises. Réalisées à partir du Réseau d'information comptable agricole (RICA), les simulations soulignent la forte pénalisation des exploitations bovins-viande (-22% de résultat courant à horizon 2002) et leur dépendance croissante à l'égard des aides directes. La proposition de plafonnement des paiements directs faite par la Commission européenne ne concernerait, en France, que 3 000 exploitations agricoles pour un prélèvement de seulement 0,2% de l'ensemble des aides directes PAC.
