Abstract

L'auteur définit dans un premier temps les systèmes complets de demande. Dans un deuxième temps, il décrit le modèle AIDS de Deaton et Muellbauer puis propose une méthode d'estimation des systèmes de demande à partir du modèle. Il termine sur les limites de cette méthode.
