Abstract

Cette note de recherche reprend l'essentiel d'une communication présentée au colloque "Les mesures agri-environnementales, premiers bilans des expériences européennes" de la SFER des 3 et 4 novembre 1997. Les simulations sont réalisées à partir des hypothèses de la première version "Agenda 2000" présentée par la Commission européenne le 16 juillet 1997 au Parlement européen. Cette note est une contribution concrète au débat sur le rééquilibrage des aides directes à l'agriculture en faveur de l'emploi et des espaces ruraux fragiles.
