Abstract

Les auteurs estiment un modèle de transition entre états sur le marché du travail qui tient compte des erreurs de classification dans les déclarations des états occupés. Ces erreurs de mesure viennent du caractère partiellement rétrospectif du questionnaire de l'enquête. Les données observées sont corrigées au moyen d'une hypothèse sur la distribution des erreurs de mesure. Les paramètres de la vraie distribution des erreurs sont estimés par une méthode en deux étapes. Les résultats obtenus en utilisant l'enquête Emploi longitudinalisée de 1990-1992 montrent que négliger les erreurs de mesure conduit à une sous-estimation des durées moyennes passées dans chaque état. L'estimation des probabilités de transition entre états est aussi biaisée par la présence d'erreurs de mesure.
