Abstract

Comment Compagnie Fruitière s'est-elle adaptée au processus d'internationalisation des filières fruits et légumes ? Une méthodologie associant analyse systémique, coûts de trnsaction et management (alliancd, coûts), permet d'avancer les hypothèses suivantes : mise en place de deux stratégies complémentaires (passage d'une structure hiérarchique vers un réseau de petites entreprises indépendantes et recherche de partenariats avec les fournisseurs) ; choix délibéré d'une structure souple conduisant à un management de type matriciel ; présence d'avantages compétitifs (internalisation de la production de bananes avec contrôle de la logistique maritime, alliance avec Dole et maîtrise des risques financiers).
