Abstract

L'auteur caractérise les processus de concentration géographique des productions agricoles et de spécialisation des bassins de production aux Etats-Unis et dans l'Union européenne pour une période récente. Il cherche à déterminer ensuite si la concentration observée s'effectue dans les bassins de production les mieux situés par rapport aux bassins de consommation.
