Abstract

Cet article présente les résultats d'une étude pluridisciplinaire sur la manière dont les éleveurs font face aux incertitudes qui caractérisent actuellement ce secteur de production. Il met en évidence la diversité de leurs réponses aux évolutions de leur environnement, diversité renvoyant à différentes modalités de hiérarchisation et de combinaison des facteurs sur lesquels ils peuvent jouer pour élaborer ces réponses. Il montre également le caractère socialement distribué des ressources et des compétences mobilisées à cette fin. Il débouche sur quelques rÉflexions sur les consÉquences de ces rÉsultats en termes d'un accompagnement des Éleveurs.
