Abstract

L'article propose une analyse de la revente à perte réalisée pour la première fois en 1963, dont la dernière formulation date de la loi Galland en 1996. La théorie de l'organisation industrielle offre différentes explications aux pratiques de revente à perte et leur examen permet de discuter de la pertinence de cette règle.
