Abstract

Lors de l'adhésion des pays d'Europe centrale et orientale (PECO), l'Union européenne devra élargir son union douanière ce qui implique à la fois l'adoption d'un tarif extérieur commun et la négociation d'une liste commune des engagements auprès de l'Organisation mondiale du commerce. L'objet de l'article est d'estimer, à partir d'une modélisation de type Armington, les impacts potentiels sur les importations agricoles et alimentaires des PECO et sur les demandes éventuelles de compensations pour les pays tiers.
