Abstract

La distribution des biens d'alimentation sur internet se développe en France depuis la fin de l'année 1999 avec l'apparition de cybermarchés pour la vente aux consommateurs (B-to-C) et la création de places de marché électroniques pour l'approvisionnement des distributeurs (B-to-B). Les auteurs font le point sur les perspectives de développement du commerce électronique dans ce secteur et en analysent les conséquences sur la concurrence entre distributeurs et leurs relations avec les producteurs. Ils évaluent en conclusion les nouveaux besoins en réglementation dans ce domaine.
