Abstract

L'objectif est de mieux comprendre le comportement des individus face à une politique d'amélioration de la gestion des déchets ménagers. Un questionnaire d'évaluation contingente a été administré auprès de 403 individus habitant Paris et Villeparisis. L'acceptation moyenne d'une augmentation de la taxe sur les ordures ménagères est de 240 francs. Interrogés sur le choix d'un mode d'incinération, 75% des personnes préfèrent la technologie la moins polluante mais la plus coûteuse. De plus, 40% des personnes refusant une augmentation de la taxe changent d'avis lorsqu'une information fiable et complète leur est donnée.
