Abstract

Dans un premier point on présente de manière générale l'intérêt et les principales critiques de la technique de transfert des valeurs de biens non marchands. Le second point s'interroge sur la fiabilité de la méthode, que ce soit à partir des fonctions de demande ou des valeurs moyennes, en s'appuyant sur une revue des principales études disponibles. L'intérêt des méta-analyses est également envisagé. Dans un troisième point, une application est proposée dans une zone périurbaine en recourant à la méthode des coûts de déplacement. Grâce à la similarité des espaces récréatifs et des populations concernées, un tel transfert basé sur des valeurs unitaires ne soulève pas de problèmes de fond.
