Abstract

Les auteurs analysent le développement des capacités d'innovation puis les stratégies de marché mises en oeuvre par les PME agroalimentaires. Le développement des capacités d'innovation repose sur une stratégie combinatoire de ressources impliquant différents partenaires qui interviennent dans le processus d'innovation et de transfert de connaissances vers les PME agroalimentaires. Les stratégies concurrentielles qu'elles mettent en oeuvre sont en faveur d'une différenciation des produits, reflétant ainsi la structure qui les caractérise.
