Abstract

Parler des différentes options futures pour la gestion et la propriété du vivant, en termes de droit de propriété, d'accès et de partage des avantages liés aux ressources génétiques, nécessite une analyse des évolutions passées. Elles permettent en effet de mieux comprendre, et donc d'anticiper pour l'avenir, les liens qui peuvent exister entre l'évolution des droits de propriété intellectuelle sur le vivant et les évolutions dans l'organisation de la conservation et de la sélection des variétés végétales.
