Abstract

L'évolution récente du secteur de la grande distribution et des relations qu'elle entretient avec ses fournisseurs témoigne de la nécessité d'une réflexion économique sur les rapports de force existant entre producteurs et distributeurs. Les auteurs proposent une revue de la littérature théorique centrée sur les relations verticales. Ils mettent en évidence les lacunes, comblées partiellement par quelques avancées récentes, et insistent sur les interactions existant entre les structures de marché, et sur les rapports de force.
