Abstract

La séparation des filières OGM et non OGM est la condition de la crédibilité de l'étiquetage imposé par la réglementation européenne. L'article analyse les conséquences de cette réglementation sur l'organisation des secteurs agroalimentaires. Quels sont les déterminants du niveau d'efficacité de la séparation ? Quelle organisation réclame la séparation des produits ? L'article répond à ces questions à partir de l'analyse des filières dédiées " non OGM " et des filières de spécialité organisées pour valoriser des caractéristiques qualitatives particulières.
