From multi-functionality to multi-valuation of agricultural activities

Abstract

A partir d'une discussion des enjeux politiques autour de la multifonctionnalité et du caractère public des activités multifonctionnelles, l'article suggère que la prise en compte de la multifonctionnalité dans les politiques agricoles renvoie à la conception de processus décentralisés de normalisation dans trois registres : public, privé et collectif. L'analyse du dispositif CTE (contrat territorial d'exploitation), vu comme l'esquisse d'un tel nouveau modèle d'action publique, souligne l'enjeu de la transformation des compétences professionnelles comme condition de son efficacité.
