Abstract

L'article s'intéresse à l'étude des stratégies de régionalisation et de pénétration des entreprises multinationales japonaises de la bière (Suntory, Asahi, Kirin Breweries, Sapporo) en Chine. Pour ce faire les auteurs mobilisent une grille d'analyse basée sur l'économie des coûts de transaction et sur le paradigme éclectique OLI (Ownership-Location-Internalisation). L'étude empirique utilise une banque de données ad-hoc pour le suivi des opérations de restructuration de ces entreprises au cours de la période 1990-2003. Les résultats permettent de dégager des éléments pour comparer les stratégies entre entreprises brassicoles concurrentes, au niveau local et international.
