Abstract

Cet article porte sur la façon dont des ingénieurs de l'Institut de l'Elevage conçoivent et construisent leur activité. A partir de la description du processus qui va de l'émergence des besoins des éleveurs à la formalisation de réponses, il fait apparaître le jeu social qui s'établit entre responsables et ingénieurs sur la détermination de la forme du travail que doit réaliser l'Institut. Il rend compte de ce jeu en le ramenant aux caractéristiques organisationnelles de l'institution et aux caractéristiques sociologiques des acteurs qui le jouent.
