Abstract

With the progressing liberalisation of agricultural markets, industrialized European agricultures are faced with the delocalization question. The analysis of the fruit-growing sector of the Middle Rhône Valley by the "food local system" notion permits open new perspectives as for restructuring possibilities of this fruit sector until more territorial organisations and valorisations. A specification based on three complementary territorial values could lead to revalorise the local fruit range.
