Abstract

Les auteurs introduisent le dossier sur les concepts et méthodes en analyse de filières, appliqués à l'agriculture aux agro-industries et à l'espace rural, en présentant le cadre et la démarche méthodologique de l'analyse de filières ainsi les différentes contributions qui le constituent.
