Abstract

L'article présente plusieurs approches théoriques des relations entre risques et comportement puis les résultats d'une application du paradigme psychométrique à l'étude de la perception des risques nutritionnels pour leurs enfants par des mères au Vietnam. En moyenne, les risques de malnutrition par carence ou d'obésité sont perçus de façon assez similaire, considérés graves mais pourtant peu craints. L'hétérogénéité des perceptions selon les mères montre les limites d'une communication nutritionnelle non «ciblée». Une typologie des perceptions est proposée dans ce sens.
