Abstract

Le programme « Pour et Sur le Développement Régional » (PSDR) a pour objectif d'analyser les dynamiques économiques et sociales à l'oeuvre sur un territoire et d'identifier les leviers du développement régional. Parmi les projets, CLAP (Compétitivité Localisation Action Publique) analyse les relations entre la localisation des activités agricoles et agroalimentaires des quatre régions du GO (Basse-Normandie, Bretagne, Pays de Loire et Poitou-Charentes), et la compétitivité des firmes, des exploitations et des territoires, dans un contexte d'ouverture du marché européen. Dans ce focus, nous présentons quelques résultats relatifs à l'effet des politiques de régulation environnementale sur la localisation des productions des secteurs du lait et du porc.
