Abstract

Une approche contingente et modulaire des méthodes de conception de système d'information renvoie sur le gestionnaire de projet de nombreuses décisions méthodologiques. Se pose alors la question de savoir sur quoi s'appuyer pour effectuer ces choix, notamment lorsque l'expérience du chef de projet est encore limitée. Le travail présenté ici a cherché à apporter une première réponse à ce problème. C'est le résultat d'une recherche menée par un groupe d'universitaires et de praticiens, qui a consisté à élaborer une grille permettant au chef de projet de mieux cerner les caractéristiques-clés de son projet et à soumettre cette grille à la validation de professionnels. Nous décrivons les quatre étapes de la recherche, avec les méthodologies de recherche utilisées. Puis nous présentons la grille et sa dernière validation par des responsables informatiques.
