Abstract

Cet article analyse les raisons et les modalités du récent développement de l'alternance dans l'enseignement supérieur au management. Les auteurs développent l'idée selon laquelle l'alternance permet de répondre aux demandes contradictoires auxquelles est confrontée la formation au management aujourd'hui. Ils proposent ensuite un modèle d'analyse illustré par des résultats de travaux de recherche récents, qui portent sur les dimensions institutionnelle, pédagogique et personnelle de l'alternance.
