Abstract

The nature of the deal as right-deprival jural fact is analyzed in the article, the conditions of arising of its consequences are considered and significance of deal's aim for its nature as right depriving jural facts and mechanism of arising of its consequences are determined. The nature of fictitious and pretended deals as right depriving jural facts is analyzed and the means of legal protection of parts of aim defective deals are determined.
