Procedural Facilities For Establishing Legal Facts

Abstract

There have been analyzed peculiarities of proving as the method of establishment of legal facts in civil proceed-ings, and there have been specified fixation results methods in such establishment and their value in the mechanism of property relations legal control. It was concluded that establishment of legal facts in action proceeding is considered to be the confirmation of availability or lack of legal facts and cause-and-effect relations between them.
