Abstract

Cette communication se présente sous la forme d'une analyse des impacts de deux projets IMBY (In My BackYard) et HaMo - (dont l'acronyme vient de la contraction entre habitation (Ha) et mobilité (Mo) et renvoie au « hameau » ou village d'habitations) - qui ont pour but dans un premier temps d'offrir des hébergements à des publics en grande difficultés économiques et sociales pour les mettre à l'abri et leur permettre de se construire ou de se reconstruire en vue de faciliter dans un deuxième temps, leur insertion professionnelle. Les publics ciblés par ces projets sont des migrants bénéficiaires de la protection internationale et des jeunes majeurs, tout juste sortis du dispositif d'aide sociale à l'enfance (ASE).
