Abstract

La valorisation économique des nœuds de transport est une question ancienne, qui connait aujourd'hui un important renouveau. Longtemps déconnectée en France des politiques d'investissement en infrastructures et d'aménagement, elle est maintenant présentée comme un levier nécessaire au financement des équipements et des services publics. Aussi, à l'image de ce qui se fait ailleurs (Alterman, 2012 ; Aveline-Dubach et Blandeau, 2019 ; Brown-Luthango, 2011 ; Hendricks et al., 2017 ; Suzuki et al., 2015), la valeur générée autour de l'infrastructure, qu'elle soit foncière, immobilière, commerciale pourrait, sous certaines conditions, contribuer à supporter le coût de l'infrastructure.
