Abstract

The object of the article is the determination of the aim of mechanism of legal regulation that is directed to the deprivation of the rights, duties and legal relationships, and also the determination of the features of cause effect relation at the reaching the aim of mechanism of right deprivation on the basis of existing civil legislation and modern research activities in sphere of mechanism of legal regulation.
