Abstract

Comment vivre de l'agriculture ? Comment répondre aux exigences de la société en matière d'alimentation, d'environnement ? Comment faire face au changement de paradigme de l'agriculture du XXIe siècle ? Ils sont jeunes, audacieux et ils ont relevé ce défi ! Dans ce tour de France, Christophe et Sylvie Dequidt auraient pu en présenter des centaines comme eux, mais ils en ont sélectionné 50. Ils sont courageux, téméraires et montrent des talents multiples : ils sont inventifs et innovants, branchés et digitaux, ce sont des techniciens hors pair et des gestionnaires avertis... Ils sont plus que cela encore : ils sont solidaires et surtout, à l'encontre de toutes les images véhiculées sur les agriculteurs, ils sont heureux et fiers de leur métier ! Leurs engagements, leur humanité les rendent beaux. Vous allez les adorer ! Les auteurs ont choisi de montrer leurs démarches d'entrepreneurs, la grande diversité des productions en France autour de quatre thèmes : s'installer, transmettre, former ; créer de la valeur ajoutée et se diversifier ; innover et se projeter ; être un acteur de la société civile.
