Abstract

Cet article traite de la mobilité des navires au sein de la flottille bretonne et de l'adaptation de sa structure. L'objectif est d'évaluer la probabilité pour un navire de pêche de sortir de la flottille bretonne en fonction de ses caractéristiques (longueur, jauge brute, puissance motrice) et de sa localisation. Cette probabilité a une importance d'autant plus grande pour l'économie régionale que l'activité concernée est fortement régionalisée. On utilise un modèle Logit qui permet de calculer l'effet marginal d'une variable explicative sur la probabilité de sortie. On cherche à étudier cette probabilité en fonction de l'âge des navires de pêche. On obtient une courbe logistique représentant le taux d'accroissement de la probabilité de sortie de la flottille en fonction de l'âge des navires de pêche. Ce taux d'accroissement n'est jamais constant, à la différence du modèle probabilistique linéaire.
