Abstract

Dans cette communication, l'auteur décrit les caractéristiques de l'agriculture bretonne pour mieux tracer les pistes des inévitables changements de demain. L'hyperspécialisation posant aujourd'hui des problèmes, il va falloir diversifier les productions agricoles, coloniser les niches, cultiver les différenciations par les signes de qualité attachés à la région et au territoire.
